Russell Bedford members worldwide gathered virtually on 1 December 2023 to celebrate taking you further day. This special event brought together the network's members to acknowledge their achievements, recognise collaboration, and champion the organisation's core values.

Now in its fifth year, taking you further day is the ultimate showcase of unity and teamwork among Russell Bedford members. It’s a day of coming together to reaffirm and reinforce the network's fundamental principles.

During the event, members took part in presentations to highlight the various activities carried out throughout the year that captured the essence of Russell Bedford International:

Members shared unique details about themselves which were featured on Russell Bedford's online world map, further highlighting the network's global presence. They also enjoyed a lively virtual party and connected with colleagues worldwide.

Many member firms organised team-building activities to promote employee well-being and strengthen collaboration. These activities encouraged more goal setting and integrating fun physical activities into work routines.

Some member firms dedicated their time to participating in charitable events, supporting local communities, and making a difference to the lives of those in need.

For many firms, taking you further day served as an opportunity to enhance their excellence. They organised tailored training sessions for employees to hone their skills and level up their knowledge to reach new heights of success.

Stephen Hamlet, CEO of Russell Bedford, expressed his appreciation for taking your further day, highlighting the unity among members across the globe. He emphasised the importance of “celebrating membership and contributing to local communities, aligning with the network's values of social impact, sustainability, and corporate social responsibility.”
